What We Do

REPAIRtech has a large network of engineers across the UK and Ireland who can carry out a wide range of services on many different appliances. We specialise in repair services and warranty validation, as well as consignment stock handling and customer handling.

Our team consists of experienced call handlers working with a fully computerised call management system, as well as fully trained engineers whose aim is that every single job is completed to the customer’s full satisfaction. We also guarantee a timely delivery of service and use regular progress reports and a customer contact to do so, whether it be an on-site repair job or the dispatching of spare parts.

The appliances that REPAIRtech can repair include most well-known brands as well as both the built-in and freestanding versions of their products. These include:–

• Floor-care equipment

All of the REPAIRtech engineers are fully trained and most of them are members of either the Whitegoods Trade Association (WTA) or the Domestic Appliance Service Association (DASA), as are REPAIRtech.

Our facilities incorporates a fully equipped in-house training school and product testing area.

In the REPAIRtech warehouse, we have over 30,000 spare parts for around 5000 different product lines all ready to be shipped out as soon as they are requested.

Our system is very simple, with the engineer making an assessment of the problem, identifying the parts that are needed, and then ordering them through our computerised system. The order is immediately received by the warehouse team who pick and pack the requested items for shipping that very same day.
